Enroute Interim Access Care Program

Looking for a family doctor? We understand the difficulty with finding a family doctor or nurse practitioner to be your primary care provider. We have developed Enroute Interim Access Care Program to provide you access to chronic, preventative, and screening care while you are still looking to become attached to a family doctor or nurse practitioner. If you live in the North York area, do not have a primary care provider, and can attend your appointments in person, you may be eligible to attend our Unattached Patient Clinic to receive the care you need. Learn more about booking an appointment in this program when you do not have a family doctor.
Choose your best method to contact us
Here are your options to contact us:
- Call our clinic, and leave one voicemail message with details of your request (we will triage and process requests within our limits)
- Use online appointment booking to book an appointment (preferred method)
- Send a message with Contact Us form
- Send a message with the "Send File" function
- Come in-person to the clinic and speak with the front desk face-to-face
- Use e-Platform (for subscribed users) to Chat or Private Message the staff
- We do not use two-way email correspondence or SMS text
Currently NO FAMILY DOCTOR ACCEPTING PATIENTS
There is no wait list or registration/sign up list.
In the meantime, you can still have your chronic and urgent medical concerns looked after by attending the ENROUTE UNATTACHED PATIENT CLINIC and WALK IN CLINIC
Please book your appointment online, or simply walk in during the WALK IN CLINIC hours.
Both OHIP and NON-OHIP patients welcome.
Thank you!
