Confirm your Email address and Validate Your Identity

1. Please check your email for a confirmation email requesting you click a link to confirm that we have sent to your right email address. If you do not find it, it may be in your junk folders, or spam folders.
2. Once you have confirmed your email, you may Sign-In to your e-Platform account.
3. Remember to validate your identity with the Front Desk when you first check-in for your visit by showing us your health card or government issued ID on our video chat.
