Need to update Let's Encrypt Root X1 Certificate
Are you having trouble connecting to our secure website https://getwellclinic.ca or enable video and audio with our e-Platform custom Jitsi Meet? The reason may be because you are using an old computer or internet web browser. Apparently, older devices are not recognizing the new Let's Encrypt root certificate. This is the basis of our secure SSL certificate and allows for encrypted communications. Please upgrade your device and browser to the latest version and try again.
