OHIP does not cover many services provided in a medical clinic. You may be charged for these uninsured services such as missed appointments, forms, and certain types of assessments (ie. travel, cosmetic, occupational). The OMA have suggested fees for these non-OHIP services, and our clinic sets the price using these suggestions as rough guides. The can be a range of prices for the same service from different physicians depending on the circumstances. Our fees change from time to time, so please check the posted display in our office, or inquire from our frontstaff.
