Annual subscription to our Individual Plan for GWC e-Platform:
Live Chat with front desk agent, unlimited File Transfer (including Send/Receive requisitions and reports after provider-client review and authorization; excluding prescriptions), and Private Messages.
This is not a virtual care visit. It does not include the cost of service by a health care provider.
Subscription fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. For your convenience, this plan will auto-renew at the end of your one year term, unless you cancel.
Monthly cost: $17/month, paid annually.
e-Platform (Family)
$299/Year
Annual subscription to our Family Plan for GWC e-Platform:
Live chat with front desk agent, unlimited File Transfer (including Send/Receive requisitions and reports after provider-client review and authorization; excluding prescriptions), and Private Messages.
This is not a virtual care visit. It does not include the cost of service by a health care provider.

This plan covers maximum 2 adults and 3 children under 16.

This service expires in 5 days after your purchase. Only choose this option if you plan on sending/receiving files today or tomorrow.

Single Use Only
e-Platform Subscriptions
We have built an electronic communications platform to securely live chat with Get Well Clinic. We do not use email or SMS texting to communicate confidential and private information with you. e-Platform is an optional service for your convenience. e-Platform is not a virtual care visit. This feature is for facilitating care with our interdisciplinary providers and help desk (ie. dietitians, psychotherapists, clinical psychologists, chiropractor, physiotherapist, social worker, system navigator, tech support).
Features:
- Private Messaging: receive and leave online messages with our staff
- File Transfer: send and receive appointment details, forms, sick notes, medical reports
- Online Chat: text from your phone or desktop with our online staff
- We use secure peer-to-peer fully encrypted video conferencing
Requirements:
- You must have a personal (non-work related) email that you control yourself.
- You must not share your email password with anyone.
- You must not share your e-Platform Sign-In password with anyone.
- You must abide by our clinic policy and procedures, and Terms of Use.
- You have a camera enabled compatible device.
- You have earbuds or headphones for privacy.
