Evidence-Based Innovation

Get Well Clinic increases access to care for Ontarians during the COVID-19 pandemic with an innovative hybrid model of virtual care. While the average clinic had decreased patient visits, and low video use, we increased doctor-patient encounters by 300%, with 70% virtual care encounters, reaching up to 90% of video-enabled virtual care visits.
