Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to oversee various projects in the healthcare field including service delivery and digital health development, from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a keen understanding of project management methodologies. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing development teams, health system stakeholder relationships, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. The Project Manager will play a critical role in product development and quality management while utilizing project management tools.

Duties

  • Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Coordinate with partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Oversee budgeting processes to ensure projects remain within financial constraints.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform project decisions and improve processes.
  • Utilize project management tools for tracking progress and documentation.
  • Implement methodologies to enhance team collaboration and efficiency.
  • Ensure quality management standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders to communicate progress, challenges, and solutions.

Experience

  • Experience in project management in service or product development.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management and relationship building.
  • Proficiency in data collection techniques for effective decision-making.
  • Familiarity with budgeting practices related to project management.
  • Experience using project management software is preferred.
  • Understanding of quality management principles is essential.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in the Canadian healthcare system, including primary care in a clinic, and hospital clinical care.
  • Project Management certification
  • Office productivity and web design software skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
