After-Hours Urgent Care Clinic
For family medicine patients of Dr. Lai, Dr Poon, Dr Yu, and Dr. Wang on urgent medical issues only.
Drop in Basis. No appointment booking.
Please arrive at 5:00 pm Monday - Thursday, or 9:00 am on Sat to register in line.
After-hours clinic will close early when full.

Get Well Clinic e-Platform
is a private electronic system that we use to communicate with our valued clients, for you convenience. We do not use email or texting to communicate confidential and private information with you.
This platform is not funded by the government and is therefore a non-OHIP service. The use of the e-Platform is optional and does not affect your usual OHIP care. Please book an in-person appointment to receive usual OHIP care. e-Platform is not a virtual care visit.
Get Well Clinic WALK IN Service
We offers convenient walk-in services for OHIP and non-OHIP patients without a family doctor, providing same-day appointments to ensure you receive prompt medical attention.
You can book an appointment online or simply walk in and register.
If you are a GWC rostered family medicine patient needing urgent care, please DO NOT book a WALK IN appointment. Please attend your designated after-hours urgent care clinic.

Enroute Interim Access Care Program
Looking for a family doctor?
We understand the difficulty with finding a family doctor or nurse practitioner to be your primary care provider.
We have developed Enroute Interim Access Care Program to provide you access to chronic, preventative, and screening care while you are still looking to become attached to a family doctor or nurse practitioner.
If you live in the North York area, do not have a primary care provider, and can attend your appointments in person, you may be eligible to attend our unattached patient clinic to receive the care you need.
You are eligible IF:
- You do not currently have a family doctor and are seeking one.
- You have a family doctor but are dissatisfied and wish to change. Please note, however, that our clinic does not replace existing family doctors.
- You have a family doctor but struggle to secure timely appointments. In such cases, please contact your doctor's office for alternative options, such as seeing a colleague, a locum, or visiting their after-hours clinic.
- You are not part of a FHO, FHG, FHT family practice and do not have access to after-hours care.
- You reside within our clinic's community and neighborhood.
FAQ
Yes, we welcome patients with non-OHIP insurance, such as UHIP, Morecare, and other private insurance plans. Our staff can assist you with any insurance-related questions and claims.
